QuickBrekky Privacy Policy

QuickBrekky ("the app") is made by Bals Digital ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app and this website.

The short version

QuickBrekky has no accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking. Everything you do in the app is stored only on your phone. We don't receive it and we don't sell anything to anyone.

Data stored on your device

To work, the app keeps the following on your phone:

• Your favorite recipes
• Your weekly plans and shopping lists, including items you add yourself
• The ingredients you tick in "What's in my fridge"
• Your cooking history and streak
• Your settings: default servings, dietary preferences (for example vegan or low-carb) and reminder time

This data never leaves your device through QuickBrekky. It may be included in your phone's own backups (iCloud or Google backup) if you have them turned on.

You can delete it at any time in the app under Settings → Your data → Delete all my data, or by uninstalling the app. Deleting your data does not cancel a PRO subscription; see below.

Internet access

All recipes and illustrations are built into the app, so it works fully offline. The app only connects to the internet to process and verify purchases (see "Purchases"), and when you choose to open a link such as this website or an email to us.

Notifications

The optional morning reminder is scheduled locally on your phone, and its text is created on the device. No notification data is sent to us.

Purchases

QuickBrekky PRO is sold through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), who process the payment. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and unlock PRO. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history and basic device information needed to validate receipts. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from our own domain. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we delete the conversation when it's no longer needed.

Children

QuickBrekky is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Recipes in the "Kids & picky eaters" pack are meant to be made by or with an adult. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion and objection. Because we don't hold your personal data on our servers, most of these are in your hands in the app. For questions about purchase records or any other privacy request, contact us at the address below. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above.
